A good start to save lives
Starting from September 12, 2011, all vehicle owners are obliged to buy a third party insurance policy. To properly manage policy holder motorists, the government set up an Insurance Fund Office. The office expects about 350,000 vehicles to buy insurance policies until December 12. Vehicles without third party insurance will be banned from the streets after the deadline. When the third party risk insurance policy comes into effect, no one suffering injuries from a car accident will be left without medical help.
