Yetebaberut Behrawi Petroleum Share Company filed a lawsuit against Saba Engineering Plc at the Federal High Court Lideta branch for unsettled payment of 420 thousand birr plus interest. Yetebaberut claimed its unpaid fuel credit along with interest for the credit facility they provide for Saba Engineering based on a contract signed in December 2007 when they agreed to provide Saba Engineering with diesel fuel.
Yetebaberut alleges that Saba Engineering failed to pay 420 thousand birr worth of diesel fuel credit they provided even though they have tried to contact Saba both verbally and in written communication. Yetebaberut is now claiming
